Creation!

Welcome to Healthy Hurts! I figure the name suits the blog because this is basically all about my working out, eating healthy, and losing weight. And in the past I've found all three to be fairly painful. One of the worst things being the pain I'm going to put my taste buds through. Healthy diet will probably be one of the first things I'll rant on and on about, but until then, I'm aiming to put up my starting weight (Oh I really, really don't want to know what it is) Sunday night. I know SOMEONE has got to have a scale. And I'm going to aim for 180-185. Going to keep people updated on my weight loss, how I'm losing it, and what I'm having to sadly give up. (I'm looking at you, DP Dough, my love.)

Rest of this week I'm going to try to find friends to work out with on a regular basis, and if I can't I'm just going to sign up with someone at the gym. Gotta lose this weight. Saturday night I'll grab some workout clothes at walmart, as I believe working out in a t-shirt and blue jeans wouldn't fly.

  1. *lol* well the t-shirt wouldn't be much of a problem, you can't just wear a shirt when working out! but blue jeans, nah that would cause you to get blod loss somewhere important :)
    Yes it's a pain to work out at the gym, but I always find that when I'm there and start working out, everything feels much better and easier. Then again, I start my workout around 6.45 AM, I think you're planning on doing it later during the day, sleepy head *haha*
